We offer several options for ordering fabrics: online, offline, and in-person at our warehouses in Italy.
Each option is convenient depending on your stage of business development. If you’re a small brand, we recommend starting with sample purchases or online orders. Online purchasing is also a great choice for textile business owners or clothing brands with some experience.
ONLINE
You can place orders through our Telegram channel, INSPIRATION FABRIC.
Our team carefully selects the fabrics, and we publish them online in the channel. You can order from anywhere, remotely.
Each post includes a photo and video of the fabric along with technical specifications such as weight, density, and width.

Minimal order
We accept orders starting at €1,000, and a prepayment of €500 is required before we can process your order.
For orders below €1,000, there is a commission fee of €100.
The minimum cut is between 3 to 6 meters, depending on the warehouse. For large wholesale orders, the minimum is 20 meters. Please note that all orders must be in whole meters, as we do not cut half meters.

Order
- To place an order you must register with the bot
- A prepayment is required at the start of each order. Begin by adding fabrics to your cart, and a manager will reach out to you
- You can add fabrics to your cart directly from the Telegram channel using the "ORDER" button
- Please only add fabrics to your order that you are certain about, as making changes afterward can be difficult
- The meterage will only be confirmed after you click the "CONFIRM" button.
- For any questions, feel free to reach out through the "QUESTION" button or by messaging us in the chat
OFFLINE
Experience a personal shopping trip at our warehouses in Italy, guided by our founder, Eugenia.
We arrange transfers from the airport to the supplier warehouses and assist you in finding the right items. Our team helps you save both time and money, communicates with suppliers, organizes delivery, manages customs clearance, and oversees your entire order process.

Terms
- The minimum purchase is €3,000 per day
- Transfers to the warehouses are included in the price
- Accommodation and meals are to be paid separately
- For purchases below €3,000 per day, a commission of €300 will be applied
